Governance is addressed in Section 2 of the Rules portion of this final document. MSF's principles and operational guidelines are highlighted in its Charter, the Chantilly Principles, and the later La Mancha Agreement. MSF was founded in 1971, in the aftermath of the Biafran famine of the Nigerian Civil War, by a small group of French doctors and journalists who sought to expand accessibility to medical care across national boundaries and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. Private donors provide about 90% of the organisation's funding, while corporate donations provide the rest, giving MSF an annual budget of approximately US$1.63 billion. ![]() In 2019, the charity was active in 70 countries with over 35,000 personnel mostly local doctors, nurses and other medical professionals, logistical experts, water and sanitation engineers, and administrators. The organisation provides care for diabetes, drug-resistant infections, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, tropical and neglected diseases, tuberculosis, vaccines and COVID-19. It is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) of French origin known for its projects in conflict zones and in countries affected by endemic diseases. ![]() Médecins Sans Frontières ( MSF pronounced ⓘ), named Doctors Without Borders in English, is a charity that provides humanitarian medical care.

Prayer Shawl Aug - This is one of the best min/max upgrades you can get for your character. ![]() It's an extremely grindy upgrade to get, it is going to take you weeks, most likely months of grinding Alarans to get this. Tears of Alaris - The Tears of Alaris is a slot 3 item that was added during Veil of Alaris which gives a % bonus to defense as well as other stats. ![]() If you're like the only person who doesn't know about it, just ask someone! It's a pretty common method for Power Leveling that almost everyone knows so I don't see the need to go into extensive detail. Have the player helping run around and pull a huge amount of mobs then you deal damage to them and have a DS kill them all. You'll tear up the zone a decent amount and can even get outside help. A method I recommend is picking the level 5 one and heading to a noobie zone and getting some buffs + a DS. How you would like to level the shroud is completely up to you. In order to make your Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem better and get the best buff possible out of it you'll need to take it to Yaldu Bwor in Plane of Knowledge. I think the ac it gives depends on your class Archetype but for tanks it gives 156! That's the easiest part though, once you have this totem clicking it will give you a 30 AC buff or so but you can actually upgrade the totem further for an even better buff. These trials are, Destruction, Efficiency, Fear, Ingenuity, Subversion and Weaponry.īloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem - Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem - this item comes from the Plane of War Anniversary mission, it has a 100% chance of dropping which actually makes it pretty common since people run this mission primarily for the aug that drops, not this totem. There are a total of 6 different trials for players to complete in Muramite Proving Grounds. Now adays you can solo both of these if you're max level but some tasks will require you to request raids which will require a full group. The second big thing they like for you to have is your DoN (Dragons of Norrath) progression done. Muramite Proving Grounds (MPG) Trials - The MPG Trials are one of the two main requirements most raiding guilds will require new recruits to fulfill prior to recruitment. It increases your maximum stats, gives you a % based permanent health boost, increases your buff slot limit and more! Other elements that do not readily form amalgams with mercury include platinum. Several other first row transition metals with the exception of manganese, copper and zinc are also resistant in forming amalgams. Iron is an exception, and iron flasks have traditionally been used to transport the material. Mercury dissolves many metals such as gold and silver to form amalgams. Amalgams Mercury-discharge spectral calibration lamp Mercury reacts with solid sulfur flakes, which are used in mercury spill kits to absorb mercury (spill kits also use activated carbon and powdered zinc). Like silver, mercury reacts with atmospheric hydrogen sulfide. Mercury does not react with most acids, such as dilute sulfuric acid, although oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid or aqua regia dissolve it to give sulfate, nitrate, and chloride. Table of thermal and physical properties of liquid mercury: Temperature (☌) Solid mercury is malleable and ductile and can be cut with a knife. Upon freezing, the volume of mercury decreases by 3.59% and its density changes from 13.69 g/cm 3 when liquid to 14.184 g/cm 3 when solid. This effect is due to lanthanide contraction and relativistic contraction reducing the radius of the outermost electrons, and thus weakening the metallic bonding in mercury. It has a freezing point of −38.83 ☌ and a boiling point of 356.73 ☌, both the lowest of any stable metal, although preliminary experiments on copernicium and flerovium have indicated that they have even lower boiling points. Compared to other metals, it is a poor conductor of heat, but a fair conductor of electricity. Mercury is a heavy, silvery-white metal that is liquid at room temperature. Properties Physical properties An old pound coin (density ~7.6 g/cm 3) floats on mercury due to the combination of the buoyant force and surface tension. Electricity passed through mercury vapor in a fluorescent lamp produces short-wave ultraviolet light, which then causes the phosphor in the tube to fluoresce, making visible light.Įxposure to mercury and mercury-containing organic compounds is toxic to the nervous system, immune system and kidneys of humans and animals mercury poisoning can result from exposure to water-soluble forms of mercury (such as mercuric chloride or methylmercury) either directly or through mechanisms of biomagnification. Mercury remains in use in scientific research applications and in amalgam for dental restoration in some locales. Mercury is used in thermometers, barometers, manometers, sphygmomanometers, float valves, mercury switches, mercury relays, fluorescent lamps and other devices, although concerns about the element's toxicity have led to the phasing out of such mercury-containing instruments. The red pigment vermilion is obtained by grinding natural cinnabar or synthetic mercuric sulfide. Mercury occurs in deposits throughout the world mostly as cinnabar ( mercuric sulfide). A heavy, silvery d-block element, mercury is the only metallic element that is known to be liquid at standard temperature and pressure the only other element that is liquid under these conditions is the halogen bromine, though metals such as caesium, gallium, and rubidium melt just above room temperature.
